Riverside Living

Water of Leith, Edinburgh

A twenty first century steel and glass lightweight addition to the eighteenth century stone vaults of an old water mill, will form an open plan living and entertaining space overlooking the tranquil Water of Leith, connected to a large balcony by sliding glass doors.

By angling the roof upward, sunlight will penetrate into the depth of the space over the tops of trees that line the opposite riverbank.
